Welcome to ITtechProxy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the USA Mobile Proxy services provided by us. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Services
The Client acknowledges that ITtechProxy provides high-performance Florida-based 4G/5G mobile proxy infrastructure. Use of this service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The Client agrees not to use the devices, network, and/or the application provided by the Provider for any illegal, unlawful, immoral, or unethical activities. It is strictly prohibited to use the devices and the application for, including but not limited to, the following purposes:
Terrorism: Activities related to terrorism or terrorism financing.
Exploitation: Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or child abuse in any form.
Criminal Acts: Threats, extortion, fraud, financial crimes, or any other criminal activities.
Illegal Content: Distribution, storage, production, or dissemination of illegal, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive content.
Violence: Harassment, stalking, or any form of physical, psychological, or moral violence.
Network Abuse: Engaging in spamming (bulk messaging), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or any activity that compromises the integrity of ITtechProxy or third-party networks.
3. Right to Terminate and Reporting
Any improper or unauthorized use of the devices or the application will entitle the Provider to immediately restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the application and/or the service, without any right to refund. Furthermore, the Provider reserves the right to report any suspicious or illegal incident to the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or any other type of damages resulting from the Client’s use or misuse of the devices and/or the application. The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely and exclusively responsible for all legal, criminal, or civil consequences arising from their use of the devices and application provided by the Provider.
5. Service Availability and Fair Use
While we offer unlimited bandwidth, the Service is subject to a Fair Use Policy. ITtechProxy reserves the right to manage or limit connections that are found to be abusive or that negatively impact the performance of the network for other users. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we are not responsible for interruptions caused by mobile carriers (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) or external infrastructure failures.
6. Refunds and Payments
Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final once the proxy is activated. Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified internal technical failure that prevents the delivery of the service.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Florida.
